About Library
At present college library has 18000 books with 6103 titles. About 52 Journals and 18 Magazines of National and International importance are being subscribed every year. Seminars and Workshops: The institution believes in dissemination of true knowledge. As a part of this noble pursuit the college hosting conducting National level seminars and workshops every year. Also learning is a lifelong process for which the faculty is practicing by attending summer schools/winter schools / orientation programmes at IIT's / NIT's / other universities Training and Placement Cell: The Training and Placement Cell of the college provides various activities to impart knowledge to the students for reaching their targeted goals. With the association of Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), the college is conducting online training classes on Campus Recruitment Training (CRT), Android Applications, Cloud Computing and Computational thinking and problem solving skills. During this academic year in association with APSSDC and Dassault Systems the college initiated to establish 3D - experience center to train the students in a large scale specifically in the area of automobile engineering and aerospace and defense. Dr. A. Ashok Kumar and Dr. S. Kiran are coordinating the training and placement programmes. Coaching for Higher education and Entry into service: In order to prepare students for competitive examinations like GATE, IES, State Services, Central Services, Bank Recruitment, Public Sector Under-takings, etc. the faculty in various Engineering departments offering coaching classes for upgrading the technical and personal skills for their employment.
At present 12 Regular faculty members and 53 academic consultants and 25 supporting staff are working in the college. All faculty are well qualified, among them 10 members possess Ph.D degree and rest of them are with M.Tech qualification. On the academic front some of our faculty brought laurels to the college as well as to the University by publishing quality research papers in reputed national and international journals.
